The Dutch Hosta Society's Summer Garden Tour !

Let's Go!
10.30 Saturday morning! We're in Stroe, The Netherlands!
visiting our first garden of the day Little Boskoop (click here) !
He said there were only a few hostas!
 One of them being Hosta ' June' !
 Another was Hosta ' Fortunei Aureomarginata' !
43 guests/members of  The Dutch Hosta Society enjoyed
exploring this 1.5 hectare garden! 
We followed the Oak tree lane to get to the ....
Exit! Time seems to fly by on a garden tour doesn't it !
Just across the street I spotted this giant hosta filled trough!
Where did they find one that size? 
About an hours drive east of Stroe lies the Dutch village of Ruurlo!
 1100 m2 sized garden, more than 525 different hostas!
And a great selection of hostas on offer! 
  Time for lunch! Soup provided and your own bagged lunch!
What a fantastic location!
All were re energized! Time for the afternoon programme!
Best Hosta in pot, best new Hosta and the Leaf Show 
The preparations! Lots of leaf variety this year!
 The beginning of June is sure looking great for Hostas!
 And of course, time to wander through this inspiring hosta garden!
 Soon it was 4 pm ! Time to chat, relax, laugh, Hosta Happy Hour!
The afternoon flew by here too!
