Hosta weather !

Rain and warm weather passed over Het Gazebo since last time we visited !

 Today was another warm 27 C day in Diepenheim!

With the weekly visits by the volunteers

the weeds are not taking over, don't have a chance !

Coffee and cake for all the volunteers today !

Summer season has started at Het Gazebo !

What a way to start the Summer season at Het Gazebo !

Volunteers were busy weeding as well as answering questions

from the groups of cyclists passing by

 and sharing a bit of the history behind

 this abstract hosta growing art form !

The volunteers worked their way around Het Gazebo 

removing almost all the weeds in sight !

Shade ! Perfect for hostas !

Sunny days with enough water and they grow as well !

Now's the perfect time to visit Het gazebo in Diepenheim !

The variety in hostas and leaf size and colour is amazing !

All that rain we have had has really helped the hostas

as well as the weeds! Thanks to the volunteers 

for keeping it looking so presentable !

The bees especially love hosta flowers !
