North Holland!

This year, the Dutch Hosta Society's Summer garden tour
visited the province of North Holland!
The first stop was in Sint Pancras!
What a great welcome!
The Berger Family was the host of the first garden of the day!
Name badges, register for the leaf show, coffee...
and the friendly welcome given by
our new chairman Jos van Unen!
Piet Vriend was thanked by all!
Time to explore this garden full of inspiration!
Great ideas! Colour! Hostas!
Something for everyone, for every garden!
After lunch we all headed to the second garden of the day in Anna Pauwlona! It's called Garden3(Tuin3) ! Why? It's their third garden, they live at number 3 and there were 3 big trees! The day was warming up! Blue skies and sunshine! Refreshments! Jane welcomed us with a lovely explanation about their garden and her only having two hostas....
 This one!
And this one!
An order of Lily of the Valley grew to be these!
Turned out to be a good mistake! They look great!
Time flies by on a garden tour! Time to go...
Next stop....Nico Zonneveld
a nursery in Heerhugowaard!
There were hostas there as well!
More plants, coffee, plants...it's a great day!
Then back to the first address for the results of the Leaf Show !
Thanks to all who brought leaves and vases and to the jury!
We rounded off the day with the Hosta Happy Hour! In the garden!
Hosta friendships, laughter,  and new plants to take home!
Thanks to all who made this a fantastic day out!
