Wrapping up 2020 at Het Gazebo

We wish you a hosta filled 2021 !

It was a cold misty frosty morning for the team of volunteers who gathered at Het Gazebo in Diepenheim for one last time for 2020. A fire, hot chocolate, coffee, tea and some good cheer to share and the traditional year end visit to Kunstvereniging Diepenheim (click here) rounded off the hosta season.  We're all wishing you a cozy Christmas and seeing you back here in 2021 !

Het Gazebo looks very different come December !

The hostas are dormant, ready for the Winter.

Thanks to the great team of volunteers for making 2020, 

a year of social distancing and the new normal,

a special year at Het Gazebo.

Can you believe it's the 25th of November already ?

It was a beautiful day for the volunteers at Het Gazebo!

They got to work and found a surpise !

They found a gift from Sint and Piet !

Under the wheelbarrow, aint that sweet !

Het Gazebo, an Autumn break

A gorgeous Autum day, a walk around, enjoy!

The volunteers are staying away for a few weeks,

in regards to the latest Covid 19 guidelines .

Rain, wind, warmest 21st October !

What a very rainy Autumn day at Het Gazebo !

Everything is wet... ground,  weeds,  gloves,  tools.

The warm temperature didn't help things dry out !

The volunteers are self sufficient, good at self catering !

Looks like they enjoyed a warming cup of
