after all the great care that Het Gazebo undergoes !

Warm Spring temps of 16 C in Diepenheim today !

Snails are out and active as well !

These guys won't be around for long thanks to the volunteers !

 

More than 6 mm rain !

A very wet Wednesday morning indeed 

at Het Gazebo in Diepenheim !

So, the volunteers checked the terrain.

See how fast the hostas are growing !

Decided it was just too wet,

they headed to Cultural Centre The Pol (click here)

to warm up, dry out and enjoy coffee !

 

Frosty nights and weed free days !

With a cold start to spring the volunteers are ahead of the weeding at Het Gazebo ! There's time to take on a few other jobs this week such as searching for snails before they themselves enjoy the new hosta shoots ! The volunteers weeded around Monomet, collected the last of the leaves turning them to compost and enjoyed coffee and a new cake brought by one of the volunteers :)
